Meet Shekisha Lea, a passionate and dedicated accounting professional who has always had a heart for
numbers. She has been doing taxes since 2012 and bookkeeping since 2022, and her skills and expertise
have only grown stronger with time. With a desire to help others succeed and achieve their financial
goals, Shekisha decided to start her own business after working for Jackson and Hewitt and part-time
with TurboTax. After receiving her Enrolled Agent certification from Intuit, she launched Lea and Associates
Accounting Group LLC.

Shekisha's professional achievements are impressive, including becoming an Enrolled Agent in 2020, earning her
Tax Preparer Certification in 2012, and becoming a notary for the state of South Carolina in 2022. She is
committed to providing her clients with the most accurate tax returns possible, without the hassle of breaking
their wallets. She truly believes in the power of helping others achieve their financial goals and walk into
their purpose.
While building her business, Shekisha faced some hardships such as time management, faith, and confidence. However,
she was determined to make it work and with faith, she overcame those obstacles. She truly believes that with
determination and hard work, anyone can achieve their dreams.
When Shekisha is not crunching numbers, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband
